Scientist and MBA, for over 18 years, frame, and entrepreneur in the pharmaceutical industry training, I accompanied my staff and colleagues in complex medical research projects in France and Geneva. The satisfaction of the end customer and each actor was always for me the main objective.

These were so many opportunities to practice coaching in situations of stress, within structures in constant change.

I currently hold a position in a small company in biomedical research and is there any paradox, I exercise a parallel activity mainly coach Haute-Savoie and French-speaking Switzerland.
